1. Overview & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern all consultations, quotations, custom tailoring orders, and installation services provided by Sidar Curtains & Blinds across the United Arab Emirates. By booking an appointment or confirming an order, you agree to adhere to these terms.

2. In-Home Consultation & Measurement

We provide complimentary in-home consultations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates. Our senior specialists perform millimeter-accurate laser measurements and present physical fabric swatches. While consultations carry zero obligation, quotation validity extends for 30 calendar days from the date issued.

3. Bespoke Made-to-Measure Policy

All curtains, draperies, Roman blinds, roller shades, and tracks are uniquely customized and handcrafted to your window specifications in our Dubai atelier. Consequently:

• Orders enter production immediately upon client design sign-off and deposit receipt.
• Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation prior to fabric cutting.
• Custom-tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind once tailored to approved measurements.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and clearly indicate applicable 5% UAE VAT. Payment may be completed via debit/credit card, bank transfer, or eligible 0% interest split installments (Tabby / Tamara). Standard orders require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon flawless installation completion.

5. 2-Years Guarantee Included

Sidar stands proudly behind its craftsmanship. We provide 2-Years Guarantee included covering:

• Stitching integrity, heading pleats, and hem weighting.
• Curtain tracks, ripplefold gliders, and mechanical brackets.
• Somfy® electric motors and smart automation controllers (manufacturer warranty).

*Warranty excludes normal fabric fading from extreme continuous sun exposure without UV protection, water damage from open windows, or physical misuse.

6. Delivery & Professional Installation

Standard production and fitting is delivered within 5 to 7 business days from measurement sign-off (7 to 10 days for high-ceiling double-height scaffolding installations). Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate room access and clearing furniture from the immediate window perimeter.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
